2022 Win NBL Tickets

By taking part in the contest the participant accepts the following Terms and Conditions:

The contest available through K-Rain Australia ‘Win NBL Tickets ’ available at the Irrigation Australia Show 2022 at the K-Rain Australia booth refers to Holman Industries, 11 Walters Drive, Osborne Park 6017, organised from 05/10/2022 to 07/10/2022. The contest is not affiliated with Irrigation Australia or National Basketball League (also referred to as NBL) and is in no way sponsored, endorsed or organised by their organisers or companies. The recipient of the data and information provided by participants is exclusive to Holman Industries. Questions and comments about the draw are to be addressed to: support@holmanindustries.com.au

1. ENTRY

Participation in this competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Participants can enter the competition via the QR code on competition posters available at the event or through the QR code available through the Irrigation Australia Show portal. Entrants must answer all available questions truthfully to be an eligible entry.

2. ELIGIBILITY

Eligible persons must reside in Australia and be aged at least 16 years old. Entrants under the age of 18 must have their parent/guardian accept these Terms and Conditions to be eligible to win. Excluded from participation are Holman Industries employees and their relatives.
Incomplete or incorrect entries, or those which contain offensive or defamatory comments, or which breach any law or infringe any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights, will be deemed invalid.

3. PARTICIPATION AND PROFIT DRAW

Participation in the contest requires entrants to answer all questions provided through the links and attend the Irrigation Australia Show 2022 in Adelaide, South Australia.
Holman Industries and K-Rain Australia will decide the winner of the ticket allocation to any NBA game during the 2022/23 Season. Game date and location will be decided by participating winners and K-Rain Australia Tickets and seat allocations will be decided by K-Rain Australia.
Holman Industries reserves the right to request that the winner provides proof of identity prior to awarding the prize. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of Holman Industries.
In the event that a winner is unable to be contacted, and all methods of communication are unsuccessful, or a winner does not respond to Holman Industries initial communications within three (3) days, another winner will be selected for any unclaimed prizes on 13/10/2022 at the same time and place as the original selection, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority.
Winners will be notified by phone call or email provided. The prize remains the property of Holman Industries until claimed by the prize winner.

4. PAYOUT

The profit is exclusively a prize (Ticket allocation of 1x NBL Game during the 2022/23 season, number of tickets to be confirmed by K-Rain Australia)
A cash payment of winnings is excluded, as is an exchange of the product.

5. NOTICE & PRIVACY

The competition participants agree that:

Holman Industries will collect all personal data in order to conduct the promotion.
All personal information you provide will be used by Holman Industries in accordance with our Privacy Policy available at https://www.k-rain.com.au/privacy-policy/. By providing your personal information, you agree to such use by Holman Industries.
The Promoter is Holman Industries (ABN 2938 5212 665), 11 Walters Drive, Osborne Park WA 6017.
In the case of winning, the first name and abbreviated surname plus place of residence of the winners will be published on the Facebook (@K-Rain Australia) and Instagram pages (@krain.australia) of K-Rain Australia, for presentation purposes.
The data used for the operation of the competition will not be sold or transferred to any third parties.
Holman Industries reserves the right to cancel the contest without notice and will contact any eligible entrants individually by email, where necessary.
Any recourse to courts of law is excluded.

6. LIABILITY

In circumstances where you suffer loss or damage as a result of the viewing, use or performance of our website or its contents, we accept no liability for this loss or damage (except where we have been negligent).
Once the prize (Ticket allocation of 1x NBL Game during the 2022/23 season) has been confirmed by K-Rain Australia, the Promoter and their associated agencies take no responsibility for prizes damaged, delayed, cancellation or lost in transit. Due to circumstances regarding COVID-19, Holman Industries is not responsible for delays in transit and postage of the prize.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Content published on the K-Rain Australia, website (digital downloads, images, texts, graphics, logos) is the property of K-Rain Australia, and/or its content creators and protected by international copyright laws.

General Terms

By accessing, browsing, leaving a review, or shopping on this website, you agree to all the terms and conditions in this agreement. Please read them carefully as we reserve the right to update these conditions at any time. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, then please do not use this Site.

Spare Parts:

When ordering Spare Parts from K-Rain, you agree to the following and in no way hold K-Rain liable for any false filled information or orders resulting in Spare Parts not working with your product. For information on requirements needed for a refund. Please refer to our Refunds and Returns Policy.

1. You agree that the batch number of your product requiring Spare parts correlates with the Spare Part product that you ordered.
2. You agree that a refund is not warranted and therefore will not be issued if the Spare Parts ordered does not match the batch number of your product requiring a Spare Part.
3. You agree that if a Return is necessary, this is the result of either of the following:

The Spare Part delivered was not the correct Spare Part on your order
The Spare Part delivered is faulty and cannot be used

Delivery Policy:

We endeavour to ensure that all online orders placed are shipped within 1-4 business days. All orders are sent with Australia Post and packaged thoroughly to ensure they are delivered in good working order. All products are sent from Perth, Western Australia. K-Rain is not held liable for any shipping delays once your order has been received by Australia Post. We do not offer international shipping on products, aside from shipping to New Zealand.

- Standard domestic shipping: WA – 2 to 5 business days, Interstate – 6 to 10 business days
- Express domestic shipping: WA: 1 – 2 business days, Interstate: 3 – 4 business days

New Zealand express shipping: 5 – 8 days

Refunds and Returns Policy:

If you are needing to return your spare part due to it being faulty, or your order being incorrect, you can get in touch with our customer service team at support@holmanindustries.com.au or call 1300 716 188. Alternatively, you can submit a ticket through our online Support System.

We do not offer refunds if the Spare Part ordered does not match the batch number for your product requiring the spare part.

Payment Terms:

All purchases from K-Rain are made using the payment system Stripe. Orders must be paid in full and are done so using encrypted software. We do not store credit card details and allow payments from most major debit and credit cards.

Billing Information Terms:

If we have to make a change to or cancel your order, we may attempt to notify you. This will be through the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgement, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made on our website. K-Rain is not held liable if orders are delivered to incorrect billing addresses.

Product Information:

Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions. These may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges and product availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice. We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information on any related website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law.
