Using a 12mm Premium 20m Trade Hose with a PVC core and woven reinforcing for added strength and durability.

Spent the money for quality, was not as described.

I bought this reel hoping for a heavy duty solution for the back of my work Ute. Unfortunately it has been a complete dud. The auto retractor failed after a couple of weeks, meaning that I have to manually (and painstakingly) hand wind the hose back each time it is used. It has bust at the fittings several times, making it shorter and shorter. Had to replace all of the brass fittings as they do not fit all standard tap connections. Finally, last straw is that it has partially blocked in the spinal joint somewhere, and no matter what I do, I cannot unblock it, making me believe that something has collapsed internally.

Very disappointing for the money.

Retractable hode

Absolutely crap. Hose kinked in several places and hose split in 4 places. Cut and shortened hose only for it to split again. Quality of hose is shit

Terrible

Had this hose reel for 6 months, complete waste of money. It has split in approximately 10 spots due to kinks. Hose fittings continuously come off due to the hose being too small and hard.
